What is the Performance Program?
It’s not just dance - it’s a full stage experience.
When you join our Performance Program, you're signing up for more than a weekly rehearsal. You're stepping into a story. Into a cast. Into the world we create on stage through dance. Here’s how it all works...
PROGRAM STRUCTURE

One rehearsal, once a week with the same teacher(s) & group for 10 weeks
-
Learn 2-4 choreographed dances that become part of a full theatrical show

Perform in costume, under lights, with full show production
-
Be part of the finale, where all dancers come together on stage
WEEKLY BREAKDOWN
WEEK 1: THE BOOT CAMP KICK OFF
We begin with Boot Camp before weekly rehearsals start. During this 3 hour session, you will:

Meet your cast and group

Find out your song + theme
-
Get technique + performance coaching
-
Learn the full cast finale

WEEK 2-11: REHEARSALS
These rehearsals is where you will train weekly with your group & teacher(s)

Learn, review & clean 2-4 choreographed dances
-
Build on technique, mobility, flexibility & strength
-
Work on your performance energy & facial expressions
-
On Week 11, come in full costume for dress rehearsal & cast photos

​WEEK 12: FINAL CAST REHEARSALS​
On show week, we host a 3 hour Multi-Group Cast Rehearsal at Studio XIV where we will:

Polish transitions and spacing

Run the show in full x2

Celebrate and connect as one cast

SHOW DAY: THE SHOW EXPERIENCE
At the end of the session, it all comes together for Show Day:

Two full dress rehearsals to prep on stage at Old Town Hall in Newmarket

Two performances that same night: 7:00 PM & 9:30 PM

Friends and family can buy tickets to come cheer you on and experience the magic

You’ll perform your pieces + finale, and feel the thrill of the stage—twice!​​

INTERMEDIATES & ADVANCED INTERMEDIATES
90 Minute Rehearsals - Learn 4 Dances + Finale

PAYMENT PLANS

Payment Plan options available for regular price only.

$50 non-refundable deposit, deducted from the total program cost.

Remainder of your program costs will be split into 2-10 payments over the course of the program.

You must complete payment by your last rehearsal in order to attend the final cast rehearsal + show day.
POLICIES ​
All prices are subject to 13% HST. All sales are non-refundable.
You have until registration closes for a partial to full credit after review on the case.
Once registration closes, there are no credits available.

All rehearsals are mandatory for attendance. There are no makeup dates for missed rehearsals or show day. ​
​
If a program member misses more than 2 rehearsals, we reserve the right to remove them from specific parts of the program or the entire program after review. (ie. a removal from half a dance, a full dance, multiple dances or all dances in the performance program)
​
Payment plans are to be paid in full regardless of attendance of the program. Once your payment plan deposit has been made you are obligated to complete payment by your last rehearsal class or be subject to 15% service fee for each week overdue.
